Ingredients

• 2/3 cup butter, at room temp (equivalent is 11 TBSP + 1 tsp butter)
• 2 cups packed light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup peeled, chopped Granny Smith apple (1 large)
• 1/2 cup toffee bits (such as Heath)
