• 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/3 cup olive oil
