Angel hair and artichoke spaghetti pie recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 box GF Angel Hair Rice Pasta (about 4 ounces)
• 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/4 grated parmesan cheese
• 2 8 ounces. cans plain tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 1/ teaspoon dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 8.5 ounces. can of quartered artichoke hearts, washed and drained
