• 200g packet round corn chips
• 1 cup grated cheddar
• 3 tsp taco seasoning
• 1 large avocado, halved
• 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 x 185g cans tuna in oil, drained, roughly flaked
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1 small green capsicum, finely chopped
• 250g cherry tomatoes, halved and quartered
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• Lime wedges, to serve
