Christmas Potato Mac and Cheese Bake – Mingle

Ingredients

• 600 g potatoes (non waxy), sliced as thinly as possible
• 300 g macaroni pasta
• 1 cup (250 ml) milk
• 185 ml thickened cream
• 250 ml chicken stock (or French onion soup mix)
• 50 g butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey or natural sweetener
• 2 cups (200 g) shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
• 1 cup (100 g) shredded parmesan or gruyere
• 3 onions, thinly sliced
• 35 g Mingle Potato Bake Seasoning
• Panko crumbs
• Chives, thinly sliced (or swap for Mingle Furikake for extra umami)
