Apple cinnamon bourbon
Skin the apples, core them, and place in a large jar. Add the other ingredients and seal; shake occasionally. After 24 hours, strain and bottle.

- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 750ml bottle of 100-proof bourbon (e.g. Old Grand Dad 100)
- 150ml water (2/3 cup)
