- 1 leg of lamb. Washed and drained very well. Pierce and poke in garlic and cloves.

- 2 tablespoons @purespice_sa ginger garlic
- ¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice
- 2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
- 2 tablespoons sticky Asian bbq sauce
- 2 tablespoons steers peri peri sauce
- 2 tablespoons steers bbq sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed chillies
- 1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons six gun grill spice
- 1 tablespoon cajun spice
- 2 teaspoons lemon 🍋 pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic and rosemary spice
- 1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice
- Salt if necessary
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- Butternut
- Potato
- Add to veggies with
- 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
- 1 tin whole kernel corn
- 1½ cups fresh cream
