Ingredients: 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic; 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala; 2 teaspoons Calcutta grill dust or 6 gun grill spice; 1 tablespoon mustard powder; Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric); ¼ cup vinegar; 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo; 1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 pepper; 1 teaspoon saffron essence or toasted and ground saffron; 1 tablespoon ground green chillies; (I cook my roast for about 3 hours.; ¼ cup mayo; ¼ cup tomato sauce; 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; ¼ cup mustard sauce; Allow sauce & masala 2 thicken
