• 80 ml (1/3 cup) heavy cream: 30-36% fat minimum
• 20 g (1.5 tbsp) unsalted butter, diced
• 90 g (3.2 oz) semi-sweet chocolate: 50% cocoa content, finely chopped
• 60 g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, diced
• 2 large eggs
• 70 g (1/3 cup) light brown sugar
• 65 g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
• 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• sprinkles
