- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c crushed saltine crackers
- 3/4 c dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs dried parsley
- 1 1/2 c crushed tomatoes (or you can use ketchup or tomato sauce)
- 1/2 c whole milk
- 2 tsps each, garlic powder & Italian seasoning
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 med onion chopped
- Ketchup for topping
