• 1 1/2 cup All-purpose white flour
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
• 1 cup cubes Avocado
• 1 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit
• 1 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh)
• 1/2 cup Coconut sugar
• 2 jumbo Egg
• 2 tbsp Canola oil
• 4 tbsp Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F.
• 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp Mint, dried
• 1/2 cup Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup, sifted Powdered/icing sugar
