• 2 cups of boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
• 1 cup of Italian salad dressing, or more if desired
• ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon of lemon pepper
• 1 package (8 ounces) of fresh spinach
• 2 packages (8 ounces each) of softened cream cheese
• ½ cup of freshly chopped chives
• ¼ cup of olive oil
• 1 clove of minced garlic
• A pinch of salt and ground black pepper, to taste
• 2 cups of chicken broth
• 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
