Cinnamon Sugar Twist Buns recipe by Zurayda

Ingredients

• Arabic Dough
• 2 cups lukewarm water (not boiling )
• 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 sachet instant yeast (10g)
• 2 cups flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon milk powder (Klim)
• ½ cup oil
• 2 cups flour plus another 1 cup to add in slowly!!!
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• After the dough has doubled in size.
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 teaspoon fine cinnamon
