Ingredients

• 500 g peeled tomatoes
• 1 medium size, red or yellow bell pepper
• 2-3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ yellow onion
• 2 dried (or fresh) chilli peppers, or 3 for a very spicy sauce
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 1 pinch of salt
