Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil, divided
• 1/2 cabbage head, cut into 1 1/2" slices (try to keep together as much as possible)
• 1 bottle of dark beer
• 8-10 ciabatta rolls
• 5 slices Provolone cheese
• 2-3 tablespoons Horseradish mustard
• 1 lb corned beef
