Frozen yoghurt mousse with strawberries and lime - Skælskør Frugtplantage
A light, fresh dessert based on yoghurt, egg whites and strawberry jam - it's quick to make and only needs to be frozen for a few hours before it's ready to serve.
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- ½ dl cane sugar
- 3 dl natural yoghurt
- 1 dl. Skælskør Strawberry Jam
- 1 tsp. finely grated lime zest
- Garnish with finely grated lime and a little extra strawberry jam
