Ingredients

• 500ml tomato juice
• 50ml vodka
• 4 tbsp olive brine
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 tsp celery salt
• dashes Tabasco
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp horseradish (optional)
• black pepper, to taste
• 1 celery stick, trimmed
• 1 lemon wedge
• olives, cornichons, chilli peppers - the choice is yours!
• 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
• 1 tbsp Tajin
