Ingredients

• 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
• 1/2 small onion finely chopped
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) all-purpose flour
• 2 cups (500 mL) Milk heated
• 6 cups (1.25 L) cauliflower cut in pieces
• 1 cup (250 mL) Canadian jalapeno-flavoured Monterey Jack or Canadian jalapeno-flavoured Havarti cheese shredded
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh chives
