• 1½ Tbsp. olive oil
• ⅓ cup diced onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ½ tsp. kosher salt
• ½ tsp. black pepper
• ¼ cup ketchup
• 1½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1½ Tbsp. molasses (unsulphured)
• 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 (14 oz.) can white beans, drained and rinsed (navy or cannellini)
• 1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Extra Firm, drained and pressed well to remove water
• olive oil for brushing
