Broccoli Soup - CookingHub

Ingredients

• 2 TBSP offrying oil (any kind) (adjust if needed)
• 1onion - peeled and chopped (large onion)
• 3potatoes of your choice - peeled and roughly chopped (medium sized potatoes)
• 1broccoli - with the stem and cut into large pieces
• 6 cups ofchicken broth/stock (or vegetable broth)
• 1 cup ofheavy cream
• 3 cloves ofgarlic - peeled and grated (or pressed)
• 1 TSP ofsalt (*)
• ½ TSP ofpepper - ideally freshly ground
• 6 TBSP ofsour cream
