Farmhouse Butter Board

Ingredients

• 250g / 8oz Ivy’s Reserve Farmhouse Salted Butter, softened
• 1 Small Baguette or Rustic Bread, sliced
• Crackers or Seeded Crispbreads
• 75g Pecans, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
• ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
• Pinch of Sea Salt
• 2 tbsp Runny Honey
• 1 tsp BBQ Sauce
• ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
• 100g Sweetcorn, drained if canned
• ½ Red Chilli, finely chopped
• 1 Spring Onion, finely sliced
• ½ tbsp Lime Juice
• ½ tbsp Olive Oil
• Fresh Coriander, small handful, chopped
