Sriracha Wasabi Japanese Tofu Corn Dog – oomé

Ingredients

• 1 block Maple Soy Smoked Tofu (cut into 4 even bars)
• 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp of furikake
• 1 avocado thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp of wasabi mayo (drizzle from tube to your liking)
• 1 tbsp of hunnie hot (optional and drizzle to you liking)
• Sriracha (optional)
