Pork Parcel Recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients

• 4 pork steaks
• 4 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
• 4 sage leaves, or 1/2tsp dried sage
• 100g of dried apricots, chopped
• 20g of butter
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 80g of sausage meat
• 1 egg, beaten
• 100g of breadcrumbs
• 1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 dash of olive oil
