Ingredients

• Beetroots – 250 gms
• Onion – 1, small, chopped
• Garlic – 1 small clove, crushed
• Bay Leaf – 1
• Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
• Red Wine Vinegar – 1/2 tblsp
• Vegetable Stock or Water – 300 ml
• Spring Onions – 2, finely sliced
• Celery Stalk – 1, finely sliced
• Carrot – 1, sliced
• Cream – 1 tblsp
• Salt as per taste
• Black Pepper Powder as per taste
