• 1 tsp. honey
• 1 tsp. oil
• 1 small raw beetroot, grated
• 1 carrot, grated
• 2 spring onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard
• 6 slices sour dough bread, spread with French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard or buttered
• Little gem leaves
• 8 slices pastrami
• 2 gherkin, sliced
• Sliced tomato
