Nougat semifreddo with orange honey syrup

Ingredients

• 1 vanilla bean, split in half lengthways
• 3 eggs, separated
• 1/3 cup (75g) caster sugar
• 1 1/2 cup (375ml) thickened cream
• 200 gram nougat, chopped finely
• 1/2 cup (75g) toasted, shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
• 1 tablespoon honey
• orange honey syrup
• 1/4 cup (90g) honey
• 1 tablespoon orange rind, finely grated
• 2 tablespoon orange juice
