- 2 x 250-300g Sirloin Steaks ( I used dry aged Aberdeen Angus)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Juice of half a large lemon
- 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley
- 2-3 large potatoes suitable for chips (King Edwards, Estima or Maris Piper are good)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Extra olive oil to coat chips
