Ingredients

• Graham Crackers:
• 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons graham flour
• Pinch salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 6 tablespoons butter, softened
• 2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 5 teaspoons honey
• 1/2 egg, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Marshmallow:
• 1/3 cup water, plus extra as needed
• 2 packets gelatin
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1 1/2 cups chopped dark chocolate
