• ½ cup unsalted butter ( 1 stick ) melted and cooled
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 large eggs at room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Zest of ½ orange
• 2 ⅓ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 2 ⅛ tbsp cinnamon
• 1 cup roughly chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• ½ cup buttermilk
