Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies – Vego Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 cup of wheat flour (type 405)
• 1/2 TL baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup of vegan butter, soft
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of white sugar
• 1 flaxseed egg (1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds + 3 tablespoons of water)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• VEGO Melts (at will)
