Ingredients

• For the Rolls:
• 3-½ to 4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 packet of Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ cup milk
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into two tablespoons
• 2 large eggs, divided
• 1 cup sweet potato puree*,
• For the Rosemary Butter:
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped,
• For Finishing the Rolls:
• Pinch of sea salt
• Cracked black pepper
