Ingredients

• 1/3 cup Italian olive oil
• Juice and zest of 1 orange
• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 TBS honey
• 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
• Coarse salt and black pepper to taste
• 2 bulbs of fennel
• 1 red onion
• 1 cup of walnuts
• 1 cup of almonds
• 3 oranges
• 2 grapefruits
• 3 cups of mixed greens
• 1 head of radicchio
