• 1 lb of Ground Beef
• 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
• 4 cups of Marinara Sauce
• Fresh Basil
• Pinch of Salt
• 8 oz of Cream Cheese
• 1 lb Spaghetti
• 1 cup of Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup of Freshly Grated Parm
• Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
• 2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella plus a bit more parm
