- 4 large free-range eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee mixed with 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 225g self-raising flour
- 75g chopped walnuts
- 175g softened butter
- 300g icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee mixed with 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 50g chopped walnuts
- 12 walnut halves
