Ingredients

• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1.5 cups gravy, thickened stock or stew
• 1 meatloaf, crumbled
• 3 cups assorted frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
• 2.5 cups mashed potatoes (8 servings of instant)
• 1 egg.
