• 1/3 pound good quality thick cut bacon
• 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter- room temp
• 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/2 cup roasted peanuts- roughly chopped
• 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
