- 86% 4.20 Gladfield Ale Malt
- 7% 0.35 Gladfield Ale Malt
- 7% 0.35 Gladfield Medium Crystal Malt
- 100% 4.90 Kg Gladfield Wheat Malt
- 8g Crosby US Chinook 60 mins
- 16g NZ Riwaka 5 mins
- 8g Nelson Sauvin 5 mins
- 30g Idaho #7 Dry hop 3 days after yeast off
- Californian Ale (White Labs) WLP001 or you could use GigaYeast NorCal Ale #1 GY001 or Fermentis Safale US-05 or Danstar BRY-97
