Ingredients

• 1 Medium onion
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 c chopped onion
• 2-1/2 lbs Ground Turkey
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 22 Saltine crackers, crushed
• 1/4 c ketchup
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp vinegar
