A quick and easy-to-make autumn celebration of apples and celery in a maple dressing. Choose your favourite apple variety!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of celery, diced
- 2 Quebec apples (Empire, Cortland, McIntosh, etc.), diced
- 18 g (1/2 cup) flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) white wine vinegar
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
