• 1 Exceldor whole chicken about 1.2 kg (about 2 3/4 lbs)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 sprigs celery, diced
• 2 carrots, chopped
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) chicken seasoning
• 500 ml (2 cups) chicken broth
• 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) cider vinegar
• 8 to 10 baby potatoes each cut into two
• 1/2 small butternut squash cut into cubes
• 1 sprig fresh thyme
