Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff | Exceldor

Ingredients

• 2 tray packs of Exceldor chicken thighs (six pieces), cut in half
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves chopped
• 227 g white mushrooms sliced
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp ground paprika
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tbsp cornstarch ( diluted in 3 tbsp of cold water )
• 2 tbsp sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley chopped when serving dish (optional)
