- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 spring onions
- 55 g/2 oz goat’s cheese
- 150 g/5½ oz/scant ⅔ cup tomato passata
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ red chilli
- 2 other of fantastic bread
- ¼ tsp paprika
