Avial recipe - Kerala style avial recip

Ingredients

• Slice all the vegetables in to 1 1/2 inch piece.
• 1 cup of Yam
• 1 cup of Potato
• 1 cup of Snake guard
• 1 cup of Beans
• 1 cup of Carrot
• 1 cup of Drum stick
• 2 cup of Grated coconut
• 5 no of Green chilli
• 1/2 spn. of Cumin seeds
• 1 cup of Curd
• 1/2 spn. of Turmeric powder
• 1 pinch of Chilli powder
• 2 springs of Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp. of Oil
