• 3 Portobello mushroom
• 30 g Butter
• 400 mL Milk
• 5 branch Thyme
• 1 large Spanish onion
• 2 cloves
• Garlic
• 3 Laurier Leaf
• 1-2 Yellow fleshed potato
• 30 mL Canola oil
• 500 ml Chicken Stock
• 1 Leek
