Ingredients

• null 15g Anchor Butter
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 3 thin slices prosciutto or turkey ham
• 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
• null 80g Perfect Italiano Parmesan Cheese (grated)
• null 150g Perfect Italiano Mozarella Cheese (grated)
• null 100g Mainland Tasty (grated)
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano leaves
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 6 whole chicken leg with skin on
• 1kg potatoes, thinly sliced
• Olive oil, for drizzling
• 1 clove of garlic, extra, thinly sliced
• Steamed vegetables, for serving
