- 1/2 cup coconut sugar, sucanat or brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted & cooled a bit
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs, room temperature & whisked
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cherries, chopped
- 1/3 cup additional chocolate chips for topping
