• 1 pound Sweet Italian sausage casings removed
• 1 cup Onion chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic minced
• 5 cups Beef broth
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup Dry red wine
• 4 large Tomatoes peeled, seeded and chopped
• 1 cup Carrots thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon Basil fresh packed
• 1 teaspoon Fresh oregano
• 1 can (8 ounce) Tomato sauce
• 2 Zucchini
• 8 ounces tortellini pasta
• 3 tablespoons Fresh Italian parsley
