Spinach salad wraps Recipe

Ingredients

• 5 T red wine vinegar
• 1/4 C sour cream
• 2 T sugar
• 2 t fresh sniped parsley
• 1 t salt
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1/2 t dry mustard
• 1 t olive oil
• 5 C fresh baby spinach
• 6 10" flour tortillas
• 6 slices mozzarella cheese
• 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
• 12 crisply cooked and drained slices of bacon
• 1/2 C thinly sliced onions
• 3 hard boiled eggs - cooled, shelled and sliced
