• 2 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Salt (optional)
• 1 cup Butter or margarine, softened
• 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup Packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 1 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
• 8 tsp Dried mint, or 8 tbsp fresh mint leaves
