Hamburger Soup – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic olive oil
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 tablespoon Fustini's Grilling Rub
• 1 small yellow onion, chopped
• 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
• 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Espresso Bean balsamic
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 4 cups low-sodium beef or chicken broth
• 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup frozen corn
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
• Bread and butter pickles, for serving
